Pump Truck

SCOPE: Our customer purchased an old pump trailer that was used in the petroleum industry to perform formation breakdowns and other jobs. The trailer had twin engines and pumps. Our customer wanted to convert the trailer to a single engine and pump. They also wanted a heated and cooled operator's cab, multiple fluid inlets and outlets, operator walkways and storage for various hoses, piping and well head connections that they use. We refurbished the trailer to our customer's specifications. We also designed and built an operator's cab with an air suspension. We added four fluid inlets with automated valves controlled from the operator's cab. We also added two outlets and pressure tested the welds on the plumbing to 15,000 psi.
